Just got myself a new smoothie maker, first couple of attempts have been ok tastewise.

Anybody have a really healthy but really tasty recipe for me to try out?

Just no peaches, can't stand that fruit!

Low fat ice cream, sweetner, strawberry with a touch of lime juice.......beautiful and very good for you!

Ages ago I had a Breakfast smoothie from Tesco and it was lovely.
Just recently I fancied one so went back to Tesco and they don't have it anymore Sad It had oats in and is was devine. If you know of a recipe with oats in, give me a shout Smile
